Requirements
Age 18+
College GPA of at least a 3.00
Must type 50+ WPM
Shifts are a combination of 8 and 12 hours (8am-4pm, 12pm-12am, and 4pm-12am)
Must be available to work both weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand for long periods of time ranging from 4-12 hours
Must be capable of frequently lifting and carrying a mobile workstation
Must have necessary visual and auditory acuity for job responsibilities described
Fox Valley Scribes has opportunities for both full time and part time positions
• Part times scribes typically work two shifts a week for a total of 12-20 hours weekly
• Full times scribes typically work 4-5 shifts a week for a total of 36-40 hours weekly
• Must have a 1-2 year commitment
• Must be able to attend training dates

Disclaimer- Receiving one of these five scholarships will eliminate the course fee required to access the Scribes4hire website to complete the training, receive your certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, and be placed on the Scribe Job Posting Board. No physical monetary reimbursement will be granted, only a fee waiver. Applicants can apply for multiple scholarships, but only one scholarship will be granted per applicant. Applicants will be notified within one month following their submission as to whether or not they received a scholarship. The fee waiver is non transferable to secondary parties.
